We love this video from Britain’s Natasha Corrett on how to make a sustainable, homemade granola.  Her idea is to make the granola on Sunday night and put it into a sealable container.  She says it will keep for a few weeks that way.  This is such a great idea for busy moms who need to plan meals ahead if they want to have healthy eats for their families.  And since last week we talked about 15 ways to infuse more whole grains into your family’s meals, we thought we’d give you a show-and-tell for the homemade granola.  Tell us in the comments if you try Natasha’s recipe and what variations you used.  Delicious!

Here’s the video for an easy granola recipe
