Use Removable Wall Stickers
There are Christmas-focused, removable wall stickers that you can use to make a wall tree. Kids find this incredibly fun to do. Tinyme.com sells a variety of stickers with tree ideas.
Use Decorative Vinyl
Vinyl wall decals are a similar idea to stickers, but usually they come in more intricate designs like this ElecMotive® Merry Christmas Santa Claus Owls Christmas Tree. It’s only $10.99 and so adorable.
Unpack a Ready-To-Go Wall Tree
If you don’t have the time or interest in being creative with a wall tree and just want to make it all more simple, there are ready-to-go wall trees for you to just unpack and hang. This one is a lighted Christmas tree — you’ll need an outlet nearby.
Use Fringe and Washi Tape
Like in this simple video from Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores — you cut the fringe and then use holiday washi tape (it’s basically decorative masking tape) to make the tree shape and stick on the decor.
